I would like to know what is the font used in Brisk, to use the same in Pages for some characters.

Brisk doesn't use a specific font but multiple fonts (each has different symbols).

My text is in New Roman Times size 12. How could I make my Brisk equation "a + b = c" showing the same font style? Specially, I wanna make "a", "b", "c" New Roman Times with size 12. Thx

To write a part of your equation in a roman typeface have a look at this article. Setting an explicit font is not possible.
