How do we remove an expression from a Palette?

How do we add a new Palette?
Say I want one Palette for when I'm doing notes for my Linear Algebra course, and another for when I'm doing notes for my Probability course.

    Right click on the expression icon in the Custom palette and choose Delete ''.
    Creating named groups is not possible at the moment.
